I came into HTS smoke shop because I saw the sign from the street and I’m glad I did! The owner was super welcoming and let me bring my dog in. I only bought a small item but that didn’t stop the customer service from being great. The cool thing about this place is that they’re personable and care about the business which you don’t often get at smoke shops. Id feel comfortable to ask to see everything on the shelf! They have a loyalty card which I’ve never seen at a smoke shop but is an awesome perk. I’ll definitely be back!

Hands down the best smoke shop in the OC! I just moved out to this way from LA and had been going to the same shop for years.. With that being said, I’ve been looking for a shop like my old one with good product, a nice selection, and great customer service. Safe to say they exceeded expectations and I’ll be making this my new go-to shop! Make sure you check them out

It's funny in this digital age how one missing letter can cause an alphabet soup of challenges. Anyway. The guys at HTS showed some real patience and understanding with the challenges I presented, combine that with their professional approach in dealing with those challenges, they've regained a very happy and loyal customer.
