Super impressed with the Customer Service and products. The lady working 7-24-19 was absolutely friendly and helpful and did in fact help me find a solution to my problem and got me the battery that I needed for my Vape. She smiled, laughed with me, and welcomed me to the shop like I was a friend! That's quality! Give that gal a raise!!!! P.S.... her name is Vickie. She's great.

I really love the folks that work here at Huff & Puff. They're always friendly. They greet you with a smile. The owner doesn't try to kill you with high prices. They're always willing to answer any product questions. Even though they're in an extremely OLD building, the store is always clean and presentable. The parking isn't always the best, but that's Gardner Ks for you. Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible. But there is a doorbell you can ring and they will gladly assist you with your needs.

The only issue I have is the guy working whenever I go in is always very rude to me. Not sure what his deal is. Beyond that the place is great. Good selection, lowest prices I've seen. A cartons worth of pipe tobacco (6oz) is less than $10 here, 40+ in other places. Seeing as that 6oz lasts me a month (if I smoke actual cigarettes I go through a pack a day) I'd say it works out quite well.

So, I've been coming to this shop for about 13 years now. Love the owner and the people that work for him. One note though... I just counted all the free lighters I have in my house because they just give them to you when you buy a carton of smokes... 72!!!! I don't think I will ever need another lighter in my lifetime and it might even cover someone else's lifetime as well. 😂
