I come here often and everyone's super friendly! The store is pretty well stocked, I gotta recommend coming here.

Kevin was Awesome. When my friend and I came in, he greeted us with a smile and acknowledged our presence and told us he would be with us in a sec. Before I knew it, he was back, asking us what we were looking for today. We ended up spending over $50, unintentionally. Thank you Kevin, for an awesome first time at your HyperNova smoke shop.

Terrible. I went not to long ago, my total came to 3.15 I gave them 5.15. I received 1.50 back. I explained to him why I should receive 2$ back. He then gives me 1.75. I continued to patiently wait in the driveway after explaining to him AGAIN that he owes me $1, just to receive 1$ back in all quarters. I then asked him for a $1 as a bill and give him the 4 quarters back. The head guy comes in I explain to him what happened, that I simply just was waiting on the $1 as a BILL, he asked for my purchase and change back so that he can “re do” it. And then gives me $2 with $1 STILL as 4 quarters. I explained to him I wanted a dollar as a bill AGAIN, he tells me I would have to wait because the guy who served me was about to get off which is why he gave me 1.75$ , that if I didn’t have the money I could take my business to another smoke shop. Idc if it’s $2, pay me money! Then stated it would take a minute for him to get back in the register. Your worker should have explained all of that himself instead he was on mute. I had every right atp to be annoyed! I never have this issue with the young lady who works in there. Also while I was on the phone the head guy came to the window saying “What we robbers!?”. When I never said that and was on the phone in my own personal call he butted into, LOUD & WRONG. Never again!
