Drove 30 minutes to shop for great selection, google says they’re open till 9. 8:45 the doors are closed, bad advertisement

It’s pretty wild when the online system gives you one price and then you go in and it’s at minimum a $5 higher fee. Additionally, the online system will tell you that the deals apply to med and rec but when you go into the store they will not honor that price and their medical selection is subpar and they do not even have the strains listed on their online store. The employees also seem deeply discontent to be employed there which made it an even less enjoyable experience.

Frustrating experience today. I placed an order through the app and clicked the option to pay by credit card. My order was sitting in front of me at the counter with my card in the machine before I was informed that only debit cards are accepted at this time. I asked why the option is available online if it is not actually an acceptable form of payment and the employee stated that they were working on getting credit back as a form of payment. That’s great that you are working on getting it back. However, if it’s not actually an acceptable form of payment then 1 it shouldn’t be listed in your app as an option or 2 maybe consider informing your customers before they come in. I had no other way to pay, that’s why I chose the credit card option today when I created the order. I’ve been a loyal patron of this location since they opened and I left feeling very frustrated at the poor communication from an otherwise fantastic dispensary. I do feel bad leaving a 2 star review because I love this dispensary. However, I would like other people to know that credit isn’t actually an option so they can avoid an experience like mine. Today left me in tears that I could not get the items I need to help keep me sane in this crazy world due to poor communication from the dispensary.

Accidentally deleted instead of edited: Been a weekly customer for years. Due to recent changes to deals and pricing, I don't think I'll be shopping here again. Pricing has gotten to unthinkable levels which used to be fine because of their deals. Now, you can buy 3x the product at other places for the same price out the door. After posting this review, they started paying people to make reviews to bury the bad reviews they've gotten recently.

The people at this little shop are well knowledged, and kind. And the shop has a great variety! Good product. Fair price. And they're dig friendly to boot
