Customer service is a 10/10!!!!!!! I came in for something simple for a onetime thing and he gained a new consistent customer! I certainly felt it the pricing was reasonable for the area especially! Compared to other smoke shops not being so full of everything you want!! They have everything you could ask for, highly recommend!!

Too pricey for my taste, I might need a loan to buy a product here. 😂 the mark up is crazy almost 150% compared to any other smoke shop in the area I get it your in a nice plaza and rent is pretty high but that doesn’t mean you can’t offer fair prices and do more volume or have events where you do 50% not trying to tell you how to run your business but I can tell you things would change if you made prices reasonable. No discounting 20% off $50 will not make the sale. Sorry but this is an honest fair review. Please visit any other smoke shop in this area. You will never be over charged or feel hustled buying the same product for more. Lastly I do own a smoke shop in south side Chicago but do live and shop around here. So I know how much things cost if you want to disagree with this review. I truly wanted to buy a product that I don’t sell.

Very friendly and personable owner who keeps his customer AND pet needs in mind! Whatever you’re looking for, this store has. Very clean and professionally kept as well. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning.

The owners are very chill and outgoing, they got what you need and more. They also have good deals. And overall their survive is super quick and easy. They also take Apple Pay!
