I wish I could have given a higher rating, honestly. I wanted to find a good vape shop I could continuously buy from near my new house. The first time I had gone in, the owner was nice and at the time, I thought, helpful. He sold me a vape and a delta 9 modus vape. HOWEVER, the second time around wasn’t as nice. One of my friends wanted me to check on prices of modus edibles while I was in there. I asked him, he told me $60.. I thought that it was kind of high so I asked my friend how much he typically pays, he said $30-$40. Upon that information, I told the owner I was checking prices for a friend, and he rudely cut me off and said “I don’t do price shopping. Not even over the phone” … I’m sorry… people kind of wanna know how much money they’re spending. How do you even run a business without giving people prices over the phone? No wonder the business is failing!!! He could’ve gained a lifetime customer, because I had planned on purchasing things for myself that day, but I was completely turned off by his disrespectful tone. I left, went to smoke & tote in Lawrenceville & had a much much better experience there. Will NEVER return here, even if it is 7 minutes away. I’d rather drive an extra 30 mins to go somewhere I know I’ll get product for the correct price and without being disrespected. By the way, on the website and at smoke & tote, they’re $35-$40. No wonder he was so rude about price shopping. He’s up charging by $20 on his product 😂
