The owner and his crew are the best, always! They are very family oriented to their customers and always look out whenever they can. Furthermore, the owner has very thorough knowledge on the products he sales which makes me feel comfortable and at ease shopping in their store. He is hands on and on point with everything! Also it is CLEAN! Highly recommend you make that your go to shop. A1!

Super friendly, helpful female staff member helped me figure out a problem and saved me 60 bucks one time. Stopped in one time at night when a young guy was working there, who was unprofessional and seemed to be entertaining his friends that stopped by. Last time I was in, I spoke with a girl who was very knowledgeable but their stock had been cleaned out so I ended up going to another shop. ***UPDATE*** A star added. They kicked out all the young teenagers that used to hang around in the store, being all loud and rude. The store has a much more professional feel now. Also, they are bringing in new, higher quality juices. Nice tattooed guy behind the counter today. This place got better.

After 30 minutes of searching, I finally picked this place because of the location, prices, and best of all the 10% off coupon!!! I needed new usb smart twist charger for my ooze… I also was wanting the pink ooze that is only 1299 …According to online! So like $18 plus I had it 10% off coupon for being a first time customer!! As soon as I walked in in this man and spoke, the vibes told me I should have just walked out!!!? But I still asked Pointon at the cookies/backwards pen battery with usb I asked him are they the same price as the ooze he literally responded with yeah they should be!! I said which one is cheapest he said Said they should be the same Then told him what color I wanted, and he told me to grab it… Why is it so hard to point me to the Cheapest pen batteries Already feeling something is shady. I don’t even ask about the extra USB charger because I don’t even know what I’m paying for this battery pen. SMH I told him I have a coupon. Again his Horrible customer service tone He is quick to say we don’t take coupons… After he seen that, it was literally from in-line vape itself. He felt stupid and was trying to scan it, which anybody could tell you it was not a scandal coupon… Telling me that he would just put it in!! Which I know 100% he didn’t Even when they’re not on sale, they are $15 so how was my total 1720 something!! Tell me why When I get home and check, it is 9.99!!! Smh I was literally about to do an order online, but when I looked at my email to get the code and seen that it said in-store or online I said oh no I am definitely going in store because I know how I am and I will end up seeing at least a few things!! Definitely wish I would’ve just went online because this man not only stole my $ but he Ran away A new customer that I promise you in line vape would have loved to have !! Not to mention Set a horrible tone for the start of my day!

Stopped in this afternoon for vape supplies. The gentle working was very kind with great customer service. I did knock 1 star as their juice selection could be more varied, but I will be back to this location again.
