This place is so friendly and helpful. Great selection of items and convenient opening times. The Manager is an asset to this store, always happy to help and offer opinions on products. They also offer a rewards system so you can save up for discounts, which come in handy! We never go anywhere else!

Great customer service! I was in there on Saturday 7/9/22 and needed help figuring out what tank would best suit me. Quickly the lady working helped me figure out 3 tanks that would work for what I was looking for at 3 different price points.

I just want to say that the associates at this shop are super nice! I don't get out much these days, but I see on the Internet that society is generally breaking down and people are mean out there. I was very happy with how genial the employees were. My issue isn't with them, but with the store's return policy. I purchased three Glow pens and one of them didn't work. When I called to ask if I could return it (30 minutes post transaction), I was informed that there was signage stating that devices need to be tested before leaving the store. Yeah, I know... only Karens don't read the signs. But I swear, I was in and out of that store in like two minutes. I didn't browse or read signs or whatever. If the store has a whack policy like that (who tf tests products before leaving a store??), there should also be a policy that the associates tell customers about said policy. At any rate, I definitely will not be returning to this store. There are a lot of options out there and I think this shop should reconsider their return policy. **EDIT TO FOUR STARS** The response from the store was great, even if it is too late. I'm still not going back (cuz now I definitely feel like a Karen and that's just embarrassing), but it seems like a nice place and shouldn't get a one-star review just because of a return policy.

It’s a very nice shop, there’s a wide variety of products, some I didn’t even know existed haha. They are very accommodating to customer requests if the product isn’t in the store at the time. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable too. Definitely recommend this store for any glass or smoke product that you need

Went into the store the other day looking for E-liquid and a disposable. Many places don’t have a great selection of both, I was impressed with not only the vast selection they carried but the customer service I received. Definitely coming back for all my vaping needs!
