I have been coming to this shop for quite sometime now. I’m very friendly with the owner and he is the best! However, I bought a faulty elf bar and noticed it stopped working after a few hours of having the device. I came in first thing today when they opened to ask about replacing it. The guy (who is not the owner) rudely disclosed my issue and said it was not his problem. Not happy with that experience and will go elsewhere.

This shop is how every business should be. Great customer service, great communication about products. The manager provides a friendly environment to make sure that the customer is satisfied by providing flavor samples and telling the customer to check their devices before they leave to insure no one gets faulty product. I’ve never been disappointed after a purchase here.
