I love coming to this dispensary even though I dont visit very often. everyone is super friendly and chill, its like being welcomed in with open arms. also the last few times ive come in, Charles has helped me each time and he's really cool! super nice and very complimentary about my purchases, it makes me feel good :)

I went here today for the first time and everyone was so nice! Our cashier Joshua was extremely helpful! I live kinda far but I will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Very clean and organized! Prices are marked clearly as are their running sales. Staff are friendly and helpful! Welcomed us as soon as we walked in! We were in and out in less than five minutes. Great deals!

Jocilyn at Ivy Hall – Bolingbrook is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she’s professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling. She genuinely takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident with your choices. Honestly, the entire staff at this location is great—welcoming, helpful, and full of good energy. This place is truly a whole vibe. You can tell they care about their customers and the experience they provide. I’ll definitely be back and will be telling everyone I know about Ivy Hall Bolingbrook. So I come into the store to make my purchase and to pick up My premade order and when I got to the counter to pay, I had some difficulties with my card, so I left out to come back in to finish the transaction. Some reason there was a connection failure, and on my end it said I paid but on their end, it didn’t say they paid no harm no fuss he looked it up. He saw that you know everything was right even though Charles The Charles the cashier didn’t explain everything correctly he made it seem like it was my fault and then the dark skin ball headed greeter that you guys have in the store she’s making smart comments saying what is he gotta do he coming in and now I’m spending money. That’s what I’m doing you a worker why are you questioning the customers and how they spending any money inside a store that you don’t own in my opinion, she thinks she’s funny, but you’re not funny. You making comments about customers trying to make trying to try to do the transactions while you joking trying to make it seem like I don’t have no money or something cause you was trying to be funny, she needs to be fired. You supposed to be in that greeting and being happy not judging people for what they doing you don’t even know what was going on.

Ashley was awesome! Everyone was awesome. Got in and out under 5 min. Also, when I was walking in there was a couple customers walking out. One was on crutches and the other was blind. Ashley was guiding them and opening doors for them so they could get out safely. The security guard helped out and the front desk person was fantastic! Overall a fantastic visit! Great job by the entire FOH staff!

I went in about 5pm in a Saturday. The vibe is great as soon as you walk in and good music. Look into getting the app and doing an online order before going, there’s deals if you look. I found it a bit pricey compared to Rise, but there’s a big variety of product. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because I truly miss Golden Chopsticks. I’ll update this later.

An excellent experience every time!! Joel was so kind and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my visit memorable with some cool pins!! Totally made my day. Definitely visit this location. :)

I have been going here since the day they opened, over the past year I have gotten to know all of the wonderful people that work there. They all knew me by name and we treated each other like family! I am moving to Florida tomorrow and all of them were so supportive and management even gave me a going away gift! I highly recommend going here for all your 420 needs!
