Sold me a fake ELF bar. It’s been a minute since I’ve vaped so I didn’t think to scan the QR code. Didn’t ID me or tax the vape.

I have been purchasing items from here for the last 5 years. Today I purchased 2 water pipes and one fell apart in my hands while taking it out of the package. Within ten minutes I got back to the store to ask for a new one or compensate. He tells me that I purchased the item days ago and he won't help me ( I literally purchased the item ten minutes ago) this place is ran by scum bags and that no idea how to retain customers. Yes I will be disputing the transaction.
