What a great first experience at Jays. I was greeted by Jackson, whom I highly recommend. He knew exactly where to direct me and he immediately advised me of his two favorite brands. Not only did he just give me his preference, he explained the difference and helped educate me along the way. Super dope dude, super dope store, I will definitely be back. Edited 3/17/24 This store is my absolute go to store. All the guys that work there are very knowledgeable and very outgoing. You will find yourself just in there kicking it with them, they make you feel at home. I live in Charleston now and stock up every time I’m in town because their prices are unrivaled. Ask for Jackson if he is there, if not. You’re still in great hands.

Not only the service be horrible bc the workers are high on dope but it’s the fact the owner of the business is an absolute horrible human. On top of that Jay (the owner) buys fake vapes that are poison and still sells them without care. The one that made me boycott this company was the fact, I’ve heard multiple cases about Jay telling people if they didn’t have sexual relations with him he ban them from the bar and vape shop. This is a horrible human and doesn’t deserve any business from anyone.

The Mumbler deserves better. He puts in work. He does his job. He’s a good guy. Trust. He can’t help that he’s shy. If you didn’t have him on the way home from the bar at 3am after dropping your vape down the toilet then who would you have? No one. And no vape. You should be grateful. I’m ashamed. We love an Underdog. Y’all are haters.

The guy working there tonight was kinda weird. I asked him if he needed my id. He nods his head. I went back to get it and showed it to him he didn’t even look. After I paid he just walked away and very slowly walked back. I asked him if I was good to go. He just nods his head and I’m like “you didn’t say anything”. Lol very weird interaction.

I visited this store for the first time on Saturday September 9th. I purchased 2 vapes and some baked edibles. Ate an edible on Saturday shortly after purchase and it gave me a stomach ache (not too alarming as it was a new thing I was trying). However, on Tuesday 9/12 when I went to eat another one I noticed there was an expiration date on it of 6/16/2023 (which may explain the stomach ache). Called the store and the only thing they offered was for me to purchase another brand at 50% off, no apologies, nothing else. I Physically visited the store today and the same product is still on the shelf, and the “manager” was unhelpful. Again offering 50% off another product (because it is “as is” which I didn’t know until today, again this was my first time at the store) , no apologies, no even exchange, no partial refund nothing just asking me to spend more money. I was also willing to get the same product but they were all also expired. I had no problem with the product outside of the fact it was severely expired. Requested the owners information to contact and get the situation taken care of, again he declined. I left the store, With my issue unresolved and I still have the expired gummies.
