Never open on time today was the 3rd time I went at 11 first 2 times I had to wait 15mins before they opened. Today it was 20 minutes before I called the guy that answered said that he was on his way to the store. I left went somewhere else. And I go because I like their strands and the ability to see what I am buying. It's just bad business to always open late.
