Would not recommend. Came in two days ago and when trying to find a pen replacement cartridge, the employee pulled out multiple for us to test they fit the pen. Multiple of the boxes had leaking cartridges. Wasn’t super worried about it as we figured it’d be just a few. Well of course the one we choose we trusted wouldn’t be leaking but when opening later on found out it was leaking. We brought it back to return it as it’s obviously an issue they have with their inventory they are aware of. Instead of saying sorry and refunding it, we were told “it happens and there are no refunds”. I would implore the owner to watch camera footage from two days ago where it’d be documented that there were multiple faulty products and would also advise to watch the footage from today where we were told to just swap it out after we expressed we wanted a refund and already paid for a replacement. To avoid issues in the future, the inventory should be checked and all customers before leaving I would advise to check whatever product they purchase. Will not be returning.

Horrible customer service and they refuse to honor their reward points. Will never bring my business to them every again!
