I’ll start off saying that before my last interaction I absolutely loved coming to this location. However a couple of weeks ago I had a mishap with a cart I purchased. I’ve purchased Mac Oils in the past but they’ve recently changed the size of their carts and it did not fit my battery. Seeing as I’ve bought them in the past I wasn’t prepared for the change and asked for an exchange once I realized. Thankfully the sales associate worked on my behalf to get it exchanged seeing as the package had not been opened or used. I made a transaction today 7/2 around 7pm and found the manager Simon watching my transaction. He was pretty hostile when speaking to his employee during my last interaction and now I think he is going to try to make a habit of watching me every time I come in. Mind you I’ve been going to location religiously for the past year and half to two years and I’ve never had an issue. I’m literally in there all the time to get my carts. However, I will not allow for a “manager” to watch my transactions for no reason at all as if I’m a bad customer. Also it doesn’t look good that he’s watching me and I’m an African American female. Hopefully he’ll take a beat and not treat his customers as if they are in the wrong. Other than that the employees always give great customer service so I thank them for doing their jobs correctly.

James was quick and courteous. I came in to pickup an online order and like I usually do I had my dog in the car so l appreciate quick in an outs. James wasted no time getting my order and he made my day alittle better by expressing his thanks for my business.

Today was my first day visiting Joyology. I was a little nervous. I’m always used to going to certain places, but when I came in, they were very welcoming. The lady At the desk, taking IDs was very welcoming and very informational and nice, When we got behind the doors, I was nervous. It was a big selection. Everything looked great and smelled wonderful and Shane couldn’t be more helpful than what he was. I was very pleased with my experience. And I was very pleased With the product, but without Shane, I probably wouldn’t have picked what I did and I am glad that he had helped me. He is definitely an assets to your company thank you again for the wonderful experience

I had a great first time experience. I didn’t know what to expect and frankly was a little nervous, but the lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and help select the perfect products for my needs. I highly recommend them and will return.

I love coming here! I never go anywhere else. Samantha was the best bud tender! Not only did she get me the best deals and was very knowledgeable and friendly, but she returned my wallet after I accidentally left it there so you know she's trustworthy as well!! I highly recommend this place and I absolutely recommend asking for Samantha for all your needs and purchases!
