Been to a few different Karma locations, but my go to is always Karma Southlake. Store is clean, and organized always. The girls that work at this location are amazing! Maya and Maria are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I saw Maya today, she always has a smile on her face, and she helped recommend me the new legacy Pre-rolls. Can’t wait to try them. Most vape stores the employees just say everything is good without trying the products, to get the customer in and out quick, but every recommendation I have gotten has been absolutely wonderful, and you can take your time & feel welcomed instead of feeling rushed. Karma definitely cares about the customers, if you need a new smoke shop I highly recommend Karma in Southlake!

Love this place they always have geek bars in stock so I can always pick up my favorite flavor and the staff there is super nice and helpful especially Maya she’s the best !

Store is well organized. The employee I met Jay was helpful and I was in and out fast. They had some really nice stuff in there.

I absolutely LOVE karma, I wear the bumper sticker on my car! Everyone is so friendly and informative And kenzie helped me with a problem I had and got it fixed in no time yay for her!!
