HORRIBLE. Avoid this place at all cost. They sold me fake puff bars and made me argue with them for 20 minutes to get a refund when the official puff at website said that the verification codes were invalid and not a puff bar product. Never going here again. They did not even apologize for selling a fake product and must have known they were selling fake product as he never denied it but just didn’t want to give me a refund.

Very disappointed in this place, I'm 99% sure that they sell knockoff vapes! I've been in New York many of times buying knock off purses and bags, and the owner personally told me that he drives in New York twice a week for his store stock. Why would you drive all the way to New York to buy your stuff? Makes no sense to me, so they're definitely not the real deal! Not only are the prices just as high as anywhere else. But they push these cheap knock off vapes. And when I got talked into buying one, the lady said she would give it to me for $15. When I got home and checked my bank account I noticed she charged me full price, and that's when I realized it was a complete knock off! I will never be going here again! And I wish Google would let you rate a half star, cuz I definitely would!🤬

Bought an "Elf Bar" from there, tastes completely off from previous bars I've had of the same flavor, definitely no nicotine in it and when scanned said the bar was most likely fake as the code on the package had been scanned numerous times from multiple countries. Font on bar was different than previous ones too. Very unhappy, no return policy.

bought a water bong here. there is a hole at the base of the neck so there is no point of adding the water as the entire piece is faulty due to the hole. the smoke pulls through that hole instead of through the percolator. POINTLESS. wasted $70 and probably can’t return it because it was used once. thanks for the throat burn and faulty piece

Only place I’ll go for disposable vapes! I told the gentleman at the counter that I had been sold counterfeits elsewhere, and he was totally obliging with letting me scan the code on the boxes of my Elf Bars before buying. Both were legit. :)
