I used to be dedicated to this store. But after buying a flavor that was wrong, or bad or something, they wouldn't exchange it or even discount another bottle. I never even left the parking lot. The guy even tried it and said he didn't taste anything wrong! That was a lie, straight out. I've used that flavor, like, forever. Regardless, it tasted like a bad lab accident or mix up. Hesitantly, I got another flavor I've not tried. Yuck! I had to go to Artisan Vapor instead. Finally, I was back to the clouds of good taste! Unlike those bitter Klowdz. I caution those who consider doing any business with these klownz!

Just want to reiterate that this place is awesome. I recently (today) bought a disposable vape that was lacking the silicone tip. The staff was able to address my concern and assured me of product quality in a professional, friendly and intelligent manner. Definitely gonna keep shopping here.
