The employee that always wears the galaxy hoodie is rude and lazy. When you bring an issue to the manager he gets an attitude with you when they make a mistake. They also try to short you when filling the bottles. It is not a relaxing and inviting environment like it used to be.

John is great! He always has a smile on his face and is very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and the disposables are great quality.

Always very nice and welcoming even when asking a million questions. They are always willing to help make sure you are caring for your mod and tank correctly. They never talk down to you no matter how many questions have or issues you are having.

Took my stupidity busted tank into the shop fully expecting to have to buy a whole new one but the guy (forgot his name) with long hair asked to see it and fixed it for me, all free. Super helpful and friendly workers still bought stuff for there help, very much appreciated and will definitely return!!
