Great store and friendly service!

Used to love this place. The ladies always treated us well. Last time I ran into a couple young dudes who seemed very annoyed to have to stop whatever I had interrupted and help me. They sold me a single 'top of the line' battery (18650, I asked for their best) for $15 (ouch!!) and refused to exchange it the next day when it wouldn't perform even as well as the two year old batteries I was replacing. I'm an Electrical Engineer and have since given the cell a battery of tests in my home lab (like what I did there?) and can say the cell did not even approach the specs on the label. It would not source even 7A peak, let alone the 30A on the label. Peak output 6.71A, measured. Useless for me. Likely counterfeit, or false advertising at best. Shop here if you want to buy broken junk that they will not make good on. They would rather lose you as a customer than lose $5 replacing a junk battery.

Normally don’t have an issue here but I bought two vapes in a row that were both faulty. Pictured: normal vape on the left that I purchased elsewhere, on the right the one I got brand new from this place. I tried to tell her something was wrong with this batch and she didn’t seem to care even after I explained the inside looked wrong. Probably won’t come back. Originally she didn’t even want to replace the first defective product. Definitely try the product you buy here before you leave the store
