** DON’T GO TO “E-CIG POD” DOWN THE ROAD** People here at Lakeside Tobacco are much more friendly, personable, and helpful. I go to them every time!! :)

I've been in the store just 3 times and the 3 different staff were very helpful and most timely considerate as well as wholly knowledgeable of the specific inventory and location(s) so if you're seeking friendly efficient customer service excellent prices and and less time with a hassle free shopping time this is the best store in the extended area and worth the trip especially if you want to grab a quick lunch from one of the several different nearby places to eat. Convenient location and easy access to adjacent stores for whatever is needed back at the house. I'm not an expert but rather a guy with more than a few now adult children and have come to imagine that my viewpoint has some validity based on experience. I tend not to say much about shopping experiences unless by word of mouth to individuals I've become acquainted with but I was by there this am and bought exactly what I was looking for and on my way in less than two (2) minutes and it was such a pleasant experience that I've chosen to comment

I had just come in to grab a delta-9 cart, and I had asked the person working the counter for a specific strain of delta nine, and he proceeded to tell me that “strains are just different flavors” saying they all effect a person the same(partially right, different strains have different effects and side effects) but I proceeded to ask him what he would recommend, and he proceeded to give me one GASS(sativa). After taking on his recommendation and purchasing it, I had also asked if there’s nicotine in the cart before paying for it. The person told me no so I assumed that it wouldn’t have any nicotine in it since it’s delta nine. Come to find out after opening the box(and reading the label, after having a gut feeling) It contains 5% of nicotine! I’m sorry what! I didn’t buy nicotine I bought a THC cart. I am very disappointed in the customer service, and the fact that this person had lied to me instead of being honest, and saying that they don’t know. If I had not read the label, this could’ve gone very very wrong and things would’ve turned out differently so please educate your employees and note things that contain nicotine in them because you may have customers who are allergic. In all honesty I don’t recommend the shop. I recommend to Greenleaf tobacco in Chanhassen.

I don’t care how cranky the owner is. He is nice and fair. I am thrilled that a good ecig/smoke shop opened in my area they have all the new stuff and they also have a rewards program! This place is great. Be kind to the owner/manager. He is a good guy.

It was my fault that I ran in the door at 5 minutes till closing but.... He was very out out that I was even there. Spent over a hundred bucks in less than 10 minutes. In the end I had to leave 2 things behind after he told me I had to leave without them. That he was too busy for me to be there. That he locks the door on the dot he had things to do. It wasn't even 5 minutes past the hour.
