Always have a great experience with the people working & their selection is full of options. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I go here because their opening time works best for my schedule... but 95% of the time I have to wait 30min after "open" for someone to arrive & open the store. Did the store hours change? This has been an issue for months. If the hours changed, that's okay. Please let everyone know by changing the online hours & the hours on your front door. Otherwise--- great service!

Every time my husband & I go into this store we are treated very poorly. The staff is very rude and disrespectful, they seem like we are intruding in on their private time. The last time (and I mean the last time I ever purchase from this place again) the young guybehind the counter had a scowl on his face and I asked for a specific product and asked for him to get it & he said they don't carry it even though I have purchased it numerous times from them and my husband pointed out an ENTIRE box of the item behind the counter and he claimed they still did not carry it. The owner is just as rude as we asked for a product the owner apparently didn't like because he acted like he didn't hear us and we asked for it 3x, he told us he didn't have it but my friend bought it that next day. Another employee argued , literally a loud screaming argument over the type of coil I was buying saying it wasn't the right one. Even though I had bought it many times I couldn't remember for sure & I figured that he was probably right considering he argued with me about it and I bought his suggestion. Low and behold it did NOT fit my ecigg so I went back in and he would NOT refund me or exchange it even though it was his fault & I had my receipt. I called the owner & reported it and the owner said he'd have a talk with his employee. Didn't offer any refund or exchange, not even an apology. I'm not going to use the store anymore and I will definitely be passing the word on to anyone who will listen.

I love this place. My go to for tobacco, and state approved gummies. The staff is all friendly and very helpful.

Great tobacco shop with a good assortment of cigars and edibles. Fair prices and well kept humidor.

I walked out the store for literally 2 minutes to realize I got the wrong product and was told i cannot exchange. I go here regularly and the guy knows that. But it’s cool I come here for convenience over anything.
