Sells defaulty products and refuses to correct, refund exchange ext. only had for less then few hours. BAD BUSINESS!

Friendly staff, assisted very well. My complaint is with the humidor. It was set to 60°. Cigars were very dry and marked up significantly. They should stick to selling vapes.

Owner is cool. Sat and talked cigars with him for a few. Offered me the keys to the lounge and to stop by on Fridays when he said a small group gets together

I don’t recommend this place, at all. I live in the country, about 20 minutes outside of town. I was running some errands in town when I stopped here to get cigarette tobacco. The tobacco is kept behind a wall where the customers cannot access it. I was not able to see the choices or the prices when I was trying to make my selection. I chose Gambler brand by default, since I might as well have been shopping blindfolded. At checkout, the credit card machine prompted me to leave a tip, which was baffling since this store does not provide any type of service besides the time when he pulled my tobacco from the shelf since it was kept behind a wall. I declined to leave a tip, and I left there feeling some type of guilt for not tipping. Once I got home, I could see through the bag that the tobacco was ground, which I already know is going to make a tight, unsmokable cigarette. I opened the bag and took out a handful of incredibly dry tobacco. I was definitely disappointed. In lieu of traveling 40 minutes round trip to return a $7 product back to the store, I decided to try to make the best of it. The tobacco is so fine and so dry that the cherries fall off of every cigarette I smoke. My clothes are burnt, my skin is burnt, my furniture is burnt, and the seat of my vehicle is burnt. I’ve also wasted numerous cigarette tubes from trying to crank crappy tobacco into them. This tobacco store ended up costing me money, all because I wasn’t allowed to select my own bag of tobacco. I thought about calling them to complain, but I decided it was a waste of time since this is obviously their normal way of doing business. But every time I light up a cigarette, I remember how miserable this tobacco is, and how stressful it is trying to use it. This 6 ounce bag of tobacco will probably last me 1-2 weeks, and I’ll regret going to this store with every puff I take until this bag is gone. Never again. One star because zero stars was not an option.😔
