I really wanted to like this place! It’s over priced, staff is clueless and 3 out of 3 times the disposable vapes I bought literally stopped working after 1-2 days. It’s the only smoke shop in the area so I’m hoping they will get the kinks worked out soon. I will continue to support a little longer in hopes the products, pricing and service improve. UPDATE: Management reached out and addressed my complaint. I appreciate the prompt response and providing a solution.

BUYER BEWARE #THEFT I'm truly disappointed by my recent experience at a vape shop. Last night, I purchased a $53 disposable vape, only to find that it had no juice in it when I opened it at home. I understand that manufacturing errors can occur, so I went back this morning to exchange it and buy two more for my friend. However, I was shocked when the staff refused to refund or exchange the product, insisting that I had to go through the manufacturer for a refund. The owner's response was even more disheartening, as they were rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service or ethical business practices. I feel like I've been unfairly treated and essentially robbed of $54. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others, as there seems to be a lack of accountability and ethics within the business. I intend to share my experience on various platforms to warn others about this unacceptable level of customer service.

Great selection plus super close to my house 😆. A super awesome older lady works there and she is fantastic and knowledgeable about the products.
