So much for open at 11am it is 11:16am now... Omar need to step it up and get your store in order this is rediculous

The absolute worst place to go. On one occasion, one of the workers was extremely intoxicated and it was around the time they had just opened, so nearly 12 PM. My most recent visit, my cashier wasn’t wearing shoes. She was completely barefoot walking around the store. I’ve been told to my face by the woman who was previously intoxicated that she’s “too lazy” to restock the store. No exchanges for faulty items bought at full price.

This location is a huge disappointment. The first time I shopped here, I had to wait about 10 minutes while the clerk had a personal conversation. Today I come by (mind you I loathe going to the mall to begin with) and the store is dark and gate down. Since I arrived about 10 minutes after the posted opening time of 11 am, I have decided to wait a bit, thinking maybe they are just running behind. It is now 11:21. Still bo sign of life from the shop and 5 other folks have approached the gate and the walked away, seemingly disappointed. I've also visited the lounge location a few times by this point and not too impressed with service there beyond the first time I went. Well, gate just came up, but still no lights....are we supposed to shop in the dark?

The manager Umar goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy! Extensive product knowledge and fair prices. Thanks.

If looking for quality/reliability, look elsewhere. I've come here on numerous occasions and while my visit is typically satisfactory, the past few have left much to be desired. Like clockwork, my visits are very predictable as I've told staff repeatedly with each visit of my needs and of the frequency that I intend to return in which to buy them ($200ish list about every 2 weeks). Its always the same thing that I'm after, so one would think that it would be in the best interest of the store to make sure to keep up an adequate stock of that product...but nope. I've specifically asked the girl multiple times to please order/stock the product as they said they have it in their "warehouse". After returning around 3 visits over the span of around a month have left me looking elsewhere as they still refuse to have any good business sense/customer service. Also, some of the hardware that they carry is incredibly low quality. I've had conversations and given feedback to the staff to which they whole-heartedly agree yet the venue continues to refresh and stock poor quality items. Do yourself a favor and seek whatever it is that you are looking for from this place elsewhere.
