You will NEVER find better customer service anywhere than here. They truly live by the creed "The Customer Is Always Right". If there is something that you would like/need and it is not there - they will put a rush on it and will keep you updated via text(s). They understand that traffic can affect the timing of your arrival at the store. If needed, they will gladly, without question, stay open a little long in order to meet you and make the sale. I have been very impressed with all of my dealings with Legends and I will never go anywhere else, ever! I am a customer for life and you should be too!!! There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else!!! Thank you to Ali and Staff for making me feel so important by the little things that y'all do. I truly appreciate it!!!

I enjoy coming into this shop because the man running it is ways so nice and helpful. I am not a huge vapor but I donlike learning the difference and he takes the time to explain the differences to me. Prices are very reasonable and the store is always clean. I highly recommend stopping in.

Legends smoke shop had exceptional customer service and provided me with additional information on their products. They asked me what I was looking for and found a new flavor for me to try out. It was a great recommendation and I will be returning here again.

I bought a few vapes from this shop since I’m usually in the area (1-2 time a week) and they sold me a faulty one. They expected me to come the next day for a replacement - when I live in a different part of town (south of Pearland) and didn’t want to replace it. Prices are absurd too. Won’t be coming here anymore as they lost a customer.
