This place is the best vape shop around. My husband and son went in and bought me a vape. When they got home and I opened it it was leaking out of the top. They took it back and the guy behind the counter let them pick out another one which was worth more money. They didn't make us pay the overcharge and told us that the one we bought was defective and was on them. And just gave us another one . Never had a place do that before. Thank you. We will only come there from now on!!!!

I love this place!! Great people, Rebecca , Sage, Mike and Kelly are awesome!! I buy all my vape products here and the prices are reasonable. They sell CBD products too. I go to no other!! Check it out!!

This vape shop is one of the best I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. I’ve been going here for years and feel bad that it’s taking me this long to write a review for them. Mike is a total gentleman, he’s always super helpful and the level of service is always very high. If you’re in the area and you’re looking for anything vape related, definitely stop by Level first!

This place is great, it's my regular vape shop and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they have a rewards card there which allows you to get TWO free disposables or juices for every 10 disposable/juice purchase!
