Friendly staff. Prices are incredibly high, compared to NewLifeKratom.com, where I can get ½ kilo (delivered next day) for $68, which is more fresh, so I don't have to take as much. I also dislike that LOK charges extra to use a credit card. Feels hinky.

I've been coming here, and the Westerville Location for about 3 years now. Coming from Florida where we had Kratom bars, I didn't know where to go to get quality Kratom. Was a bull rider for quite a few years, Kratom is the only natural remedy that'll make my hands not feel like there is sand inside the joints. Like it really does help, and it doesn't take much. 5 Stars for: Customer Service, dependability, willingness to help, attention to detail, and an overall fun place to stop by. You've got a life long customer!

Very relaxed atmosphere inside store. Staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find a strain to start with or answer any questions you have. They offer an abundant selection of kratom strains from all 4 varieties. You can buy as little as an ounce, or all the way up to a kilo, and you get a small discount the more you buy. The only downside of the store is credit/debit cards have to be manually entered into the POS, I'd suggest bringing cash.

It's hard to find good quality kratom. Over the past 10 years I've tried literally dozens of vendors - so when finally found a high-quality online store, I stuck with them. I was a loyal customer there for six years - then I found Life of Kratom. That was three years ago, and I haven't gone to another vendor since! Life of Kratom *easily* has the highest quality, freshest Kratom I've ever found... and I've tried a LOT. It's honestly astounding - you'd think they were plucking it themselves out back! Lol. Not only that, but their staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable too. For example: I had an order today, and I happened to call just after the cut-off time for shipping. Gary answered the phone on the way to the post and literally *went back to the store* to take my order, so it could be shipped today! He absolutely bent over backwards for me. You can't even buy that kind of customer care at other stores if you wanted to! 11/10 P.S. Try the Kryptonite!
