They do not have a professional scheduling system. Even if they confirm a time they can ghost you and you will have wasted gas, time, and money just to visit the DC border. I strongly suggest visiting a brick-and-mortar for pickup. This service seems to work primarily for people ordering very large quantities, not personal, individual consumers.

Super scammy. I took an Uber there and couldn't find them so I called. At 10pm they said in store shopping was over but they would text me and I could order and they'd bring it out to me. So I sent my id and selfie as requested, they sent me a menu, I ordered at 10:22pm... And never heard from them again. I texted and I called again with no response. At 10:47pm I left. Wasted Uber, wasted ATM fees, wasted my time. I'm not the first review to say this. It said they're open until 12am. Also different address listed on their site. I'll change my review if I get an apology and compensated for my time. I saw you told another reviewer to call back and you'd make it right but you have my texts and can call ME. I already tried calling. I was looking forward to finding a new spot.
