DEFINITELY DON’T COME HERE. STAFF IS RUDE AND THE POD KING THEY SOLD ME TASTES SO BAD. I TRIED IN THE STORE AS THEY ASKED AND When I stated that, I did not like it, they did not even let me trade it out. I’ve gotten them cheaper elsewhere and they taste real good other places or they have traded them out as long as you tried in front of the staff

Excellent customer service!! My mom called and the person (I forgot her name) was so kind and informative. We ended up coming into the shop and she continued to very patiently explain how their products work. I ended up getting some incense as well!

I normally go to Red Star vapor but since switching to overnight shifts their business hours are a little tough for me to make. So out of juice I decide to try someplace close to my home. Magic Smoke is a mere 5 minutes away with later hours very convenient! The location is clean, well lit, fully stocked and had a very welcoming staff of 3. The lady who assisted me listen to my needs and helped me to find some e-juice that we both thought would work for me within my price point. It was an awesome experience overall!!! Prices are a little high on some stuff but they always remember what I liked have recommended other great things based off my previous purchases and are always really polite. They even have told me to bring down my dog (I use to walk by with him when he was alive but wouldn't go in with him as some businesses get mental with dogs)

My husband and I don't know visited them recently to purchase a vape kit and the woman that helped us was incredible. She recommended an excellent mod right off the bat that she owned personally that was in our price range, but also showed us a few other options and models and explained the differences between them all but we kept coming back to the original one she showed us and ended up walking out with a really cool pink and purple one.
