Sophia was super helpful and genuinely nice to me with all the questions I had. She was knowledgeable about the Kratom and showed me some really neat glass pieces I was interested in. Prices were decent, vibe was lit. Would recommend

Bought a torch and used it for a few days and then the butane ran out. I had to refill it and the refill was bent. Tried to exchange and they said “oh we can sell you another for 20% off” this torch was $40 so not a cheap one. Garbage place, go to ANYWHERE ELSE

2/7/24 5:00 pm - Y##*ly We asked to pay in advance, and we only wanted to try a flavor before I bought the second one. I explained that I would pay for two in advance. I wanted to try the flavor to see if i wanted to get the same one for the buy 2 deal. She refused. Said we have to pick out exactly what we wanted first. We come here all the time, and for her to be so rude with a smile on her face was straight up disrespectful This was in February 2024, and we haven't returned, now its July 2024. Goes to show you how bad customer service will ruin your experience. We now found a way better vape shop down the street called STEAL DEAL SMOKE SHOP 3245 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018 This was the only person we encountered at this vape shop that had poor customer service. Everyone else was nice with good manners.

Definitely my go-to smoke shop. The people working here are super nice and help me get good new products, and i've never had any problems here!

Took a gander on 4/20 and came across some cool deals. Very clean and organized shop. The employees were chill and very helpful/knowledgeable. Check it out, you might not regret it. We all know how that goes…it’s like walking into a candy store!
