So overall I love Marley's and go to their Franklin location (now that I know the have others). Actually let's say I love almost everything about Marley's with the exception of the regular guy who works there (my friends and I call him Mr. No Personality). No offense but there are people who should work in retail/customer service and others who should probably work remote. However today MASON was there and he made me really fall in love with Marley's he was communicative, knowledgeable and approachable. He made me feel like a customer and not a nuisance. I now know that there are other locations and the difference between the grades and strains there as well as that they have a loyalty program. I went to Marley's because they were close to work (out of convenience). If MASON was there everyday I'd probably go to Marley's for all my smoke shop needs. MASON MARLEY AND MICHELLE ahhh I can picture it now. . .hint hint

I would leave no stars if possible. Went for the fist time yesterday, will never be back again. Bought two carts same brand, wasn't until later I realized they had different packaging on the back, the QR code for labs didn't work, and one was put in the package UPSIDE DOWN! For the amount they're charging, you think they would have product that didn't throw so many red flags. Steer clear!

Every time my fiancé comes in Tony is extremely rude to him. Whenever he asks a question, he acts like it’s the end of the world to come up with an answer for it. He is not informative at all and when taking payments he’s not very informative he’s just rude I don’t know how you can sell what you sell and have no knowledge of it whatsoever, or you just don’t want to help Melanated people. Because every time someone that is not white comes in he is rude to them, but if a white person comes in and the seemingly his friends, he laughs and cuts up with them, and completely forgets the other customers in the store that happen to be Melanated. Not trying to play the race game here but it just It’s being seen. Whenever my fiancé sees Tony working, he usually will refrain from going into the store. i’ve noticed that others do the same so you’re losing business because of Tony. Everyone else at that store is super nice and helpful. It’s just Tony that is rude.

I was surprised to the read the few negative reviews for this smoke shop.. On a recent trip to Nashville I stopped in here with an artist that I work with and the owner treated us great.. It was early in the day and they were unpacking a shipment, but they stopped what they were doing to introduce themselves and took great care of us.. The store itself was clean and organized, with most items labeled clearly and a great selection of products.. There are so many options for glass pieces you have to come in and see for yourself.. Also they have odor eliminating candles that come in literally every scent you could possibly imagine!!! I know because we spent $400 on candles alone!! If you’re south of Nashville and looking for a smoke shop, stop by Marley’s Gallery..

Jessie is great, he's always friendly and extremely helpful when making a selection. However I am giving them one star because the guy with the beard is rude and clearly doesn't care about his job. No need to be a miserable prick just cause you're stuck working at a smoke shop in your 30's. Get rid of that guy he's costing you business.
