Employees know nothing about their vape products. When asking about a flavor the employees should really mention that it’s menthol when describing the flavor before selling it. These employees are young kids that probably should be working at a smoke shop.

Bought a 800 plus dollar Studenglass only for the glass domes to be a cheap plastic and not authentic parts.
They then sold me more parts claiming it would work for 120 dollars but when it was clearly the wrong size the said sorry no exchanges
I am taking you to small claims court, I want everyone to know how much your business hurts people.

Bought a vape it worked but made a noise and got hot I went back in and they wouldn’t exchange it or refund it think this is very unfair also they worker was rude to begin with and I think it’s ridiculous that it ask you to tip for the service that’s is provided this shop is by my house and they lost a customer Disappointing that they won’t stand by the products they sell

This is my go-to smoke shop. There are many others in the area, and I have found they are always out of what I'm looking for or their stock is very limited. Marley's always has something for me. Their stock is varied and they always have something for me. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This is indeed a fun place to walk into. I've never had a bad experience.
