Sold me 2 nectar collectors. First one died same day. They replaced it. That one died a few months later. Didn't drop it. Only used occasionally since I'm more of a joint smoker so it's not overused. Went in to ask for help and the lady was not helpful. Just said I don't know. Wasn't trying to be helpful at all. Didn't give me any number I could call, no suggestions on what could have caused it. No apology that they sold me garbage for $80. You could tell she just did not care. I will never shop there again. Didn't get her name, but she was working today july 4th at 9am in case her bosses want to ask her if she actually wants to be there and do her job.

Honestly I don't know where else you'd go for your glass/metal etc equipment for as good as the ones they have except from dispensaries. 10/10 for any Mary Jane's house of glass.
And the customer service is great with little to no wait time most of the time.
