Matthew is the guy to go to! I walked in having no idea what to get, he was very kind, informative, knowledgeable. He has an uplifting personality that a majority of people lack working in customer service. Definitely coming back to buy more from him. Thanks Matthew!

I went in to get a gift for a friend and Mathew he was so helpful and I felt really good about my purchase and that he pointed me in a good direction. He was so knowledgeable and I feel like he really listened to me. Highly recommend this place especially with employees like him.

Always super super kind and knows so much! Love getting my goodies from here! The lady who helped me today said she was fairly new but even then was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed!

I’ve been a regular customer at Mary Janes for some time, I would say this location consistently has very thoughtful employees that display great customer service. But to give credit where credit is due, Matthew @ this location has displayed incredible customer service & shows his customer relations management across so many of his loyal customers. Matthews outstanding knowledge of all the products in the store is consistently on display even as items rotate in & out or a new innovation hits the market he is already an expert in every facet of the product & able to explain or detail specifics to each & every product. He is truly a genuine human, in all my experiences whether a personal interaction or witnessing him helping another customer. Matthew ensures he covers all the details, is quick to answer any questions, offer close substitutes or suggest a price that meets the customer budget. I’ve personally arrived at the store after a long day or in a bad mood & after chatting with Matthew left in a better headspace. It’s not often businesses are gifted with an employee of this substance that can quite literally turn a persons day around by a mere interaction. I truly mean this business has been gifted with a very special employee. I have felt the impact personally & witnessed others benefit from a chat with Matty. His knowledge base, dedication to meeting every customers need, understanding of price points & meeting the customers wants budget wise, his ability to offer complimentary products to those interested in spending more, genuine ability to connect with others, & attention to all the details is unmatched. If there ever were a time he did not have an answer I assure you he would find out the answer/research/& provide you with that information promptly after. From a business perspective when I interact with Matthew it is easy to discern that this is not just a full time employee or manager level employee he’s truly the type of employee that deserves a position at the corporate level because of the impact he makes. Lives & breathes the type of company culture so many insist is what their brand is but he 100% delivers & going above & beyond is an understatement. I truly believe he is the type of person that can help lead a business to prosperous endeavors & the type of person/employee that should be appreciated by the Brand he represents. Well Done Matty you are appreciated.

Let me start by saying this review is by no means directed to any of the employees that work the counter at the store. It's directed to the owners/GM. I have been buying these kratom cookies for a while. I recently just bought a bag that was expired but looks like they tried to rub off the old expiration date and put a sticker with a later date on it. If you look closely at the photo you could see the stamped expiration date is 10/23. I bought a bag from another store that had the same stamped date on it of 10/23 and they sold it as expired and BOGO. Why did the company relabel it? We're they loosing that much money? If this is how they conduct business, I would be cautious as they don't appear to care about there customers by selling them expired food items. I will be contacting the Navaleaf the company who sells the cookies and report the Mary Jane's as well as the state to see if they are allowed to sell expired food products. Again the actual employees who work the counter are absolutely amazing, not so much for the owners who try to scam you.
