Super sweet staff. Very kind and helpful who let us browse and made great suggestions when we asked about the different pieces they had to offer. My husband wanted a bong to smoke flower and I had to approve of the esthetics. Found a great piece that goes perfectly with my obsession with crystals and teal! Really glad to find something that won't feel weird living on a shelf in my living room for I admittedly don't know much about bong pricing but I have seen basic pieces for much cheaper and similar pieces for much more money- overall I feel like we got a good price for it.

Just wanted to say that the young man (David) who helped me out today was really thoughtful and considerate - I have some mobility issues (and am not the best at communicating in person) but he took the time to listen and understand what I needed. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in a smoke shop! Thanks guys!

Willow is an incredible salesman! I walked in only planning on getting a bubbler, and left with a bong, a bubbler, a bowl piece, a new bag, three bottle of black label bong cleaner, and holy water. I don’t know how, but she is excellent at getting people to buy extra things that will enhance their smoking experience. I am so excited to try my new pieces and the water, I never would have gotten so much if it wasn’t for her friendliness and salesmanship. She is an incredible employee and gave me a lovely experience in the story. I am a long time Mary Janes customer, yet every time I come in I leave blown away by how much the employees go above and beyond. Willow is so friendly and a wonderful employee, I’m really glad I got to meet her today.
