I was afflicted with shingles for seven weeks in October, unable to sleep for several weeks. I started using 1 dropper full of Medina CBD Westwood every night, starting in January. I increased the dosage to 2 droppers full every night before I went to sleep, this was also combined with Medina MCT oil. Medina CBD oil worked very well after about 2weeks of getting into my system. I've been taking it every night, without interruption in my sleep pattern. So thankful for these products.
