Absolutely LOVE THIS VAPE SHOP!! It’s such a comfortable place and the staff ROCKS!! Perfect and wide selection of literally everything!! Easy to find what you need and even easier to find items you want! It’s truly a one stop shop, you will find something for yourself and anyone else you’d like to shop for!! Bought some live resin and got home and it had leaked all over inside packaging and took in the next morning and they said it’s against policy to replace it

A few points: 1) The place is pricey as other reviewers have highlighted, but it’s in Carmel, so to be expected. 2) They used to have a promotion for Mr. Fogg - buy 2, get one half off. For the 15,000 puff, this was fine. They charge over $26 for a single unit, but when you bought 3, it came out to like, $66 with their buy 2 get one half off promotion. They STOPPED doing this promotion. I came in and my total for buying 3 was over $77. $11 more. Yikes. I bought anyway since I was there. If you buy online instead of this store, the usual online vendor charges ~$19.99, instead of $26. But the online stores charge around $8 shipping. If you bought 3 online, it would be around $68 with shipping. Buying from Melody would be cheaper with their buy 2, get one half off. Obviously, if Melody kept their promotion, I’d buy from Melody. As they’ve discontinued their buy 2, get one half off, I’ll buy online. I’ll save $11 dollars. Not chump change since I make this purchase every two weeks. Buying online, I’ll save almost $300 since Melody has stopped its buy two, get one half off promotion. Will do until Melody brings it back. Simple consumer math. 3) If you register for their rewards program, you can get discounts if you spend over $500. I reached this benchmark and was excited to see what reward I would get. $10 off? $20 off? But I got a one time 5% off. Such an insult to a loyal customer. On a purchase of over $70, I got less than $4 off as a one time reward for spending $500 until I reach my next $500 benchmark. I just couldn’t believe it. Recognize your most loyal customers more respectfully. 4) There’s a sign that says if you review them on Google, you get 5% off. I don’t doubt the 5 star reviews I’ve seen, but it’ll be hard to find genuine reviews on here. In the photos, see the price for 3 Mr. Foggs, 15,000. With and without promotion. I’ll keep communicating with them to see if they reinstate their competitive pricing and edit this review accordingly. Not elbowing them, just holding them accountable to the people they serve. They can also post under my review that their competitive pricing is back and that it’s their permanent price - not just a promotion. Cheers! EDIT: Found new place up the road whose regular prices beat even the promo prices here. I love Melody’s location. I just wish I loved their prices. 😞 Obvious advice to anyone buying, call ahead to get prices before you go! Best of luck.

I switched from my regular smoke shop to this smoke shop because of Grace’s excellent service and information on the rewards system. I was also impressed with her knowledge on the inventory of this location. Will be coming back a lot!

Good selection. A touch on the high side for price. Excellent customer service. T was a fantastic help.
