Joe was a super nice guy. Very helpful newest products. I had questions if you could give me much detail as I needed. Price for very, very good. He’s got an assortment of CBD Kratom hookah. Everything smoke shop needs. The best thing is you don’t have to get on 75 Access Rd Like the other two smoke shops, to get there you’re not waiting at the stoplight for 30 minutes

Had an awesome amazing experience here!! The store is so cute and nicely placed!! The staff was phenomenal very nice, knowledgeable and overall gave great customer service. Very good price and found everything you needed Loved it!!!

The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, just as everyone has mentioned. It's evident that all the products are new and haven't been sitting on the shelves for ages. The selection, as depicted in the photos, is impressively vast. What truly sets Milano apart, however, is its owner, Joe. He's there 24/7, greeting everyone warmly and making them feel right at home the moment they step in. Joe's approach to sales is refreshingly honest; he won't push you to buy more than you need or pressure you in any way. Instead, he attentively listens to your needs and offers guidance accordingly. I've definitely found my new go-to spot, all thanks to Joe's exceptional customer service. See you next time J!!

Milano Smoke Shop is by far the best smoke shop in Plano. The owner, Joe, has the best prices I've seen in the surrounding area. Competitors can't even come close to the price per gram for their delta 8 and THCa products. The best part though is how excited Joe is to talk about his products and make recommendations. He's constantly getting in new items and always has something new to show me every time I come in. I cannot recommend this store enough for your smoking needs.
