Came in tonight at 9:50 to buy a hookah set and cigars. Already knew $140 for what all i was getting. I came in and the white heavy set lady walked to where i am getting. A cigar for a customer and said everyone wants to come in when we’re closed. I asked her were they close she said yes. Lady you’re not closed. I will not shop here or suggest anyone else to come here. When i got back home to my family and friends they said she is always Rude no one goes there

Dude is absolutely phenomenal people. Always honors what you buy does what it takes to get repeat business which means everything to me. He gives me free juice to try and works to keep my loyalty. Hard to find any other business that does that these days. Matter fact, I got a pod I'm bringing in the am to get him to replace, all I feel is confidence about that transaction :) Thanks Sam, keep up the great work. (And start delivery) :)

Normally kinda like this place..but paid a decent bit for a dab hitter set that I thought was defective, went back and asked if this was how the set up was supposed to be since it now has metal pulled at the end, was given a replacement (thank you) but it did the same thing. Went back same day and was told they shouldn't have replaced it in the first place..I was trying to get manufacturers info bc this should not be sold as dab set up if it melts. Now I literally have little metal balls on my table and still all the packaging had no name no nothing and I was given a cold shoulder even though me and my honey have spent lots of money here..not to mention that the prices change depending on who is there.. I'm fed up and shouldn't be smoking beads w no actual info from where it comes from and a cold shoulder... also took pics of merch and can't find matches online to know what I actually paid for. But I guess I should have been a responsible customer and researched myself instead of trusting that people are trained to sell the items they sell at a smoke shop

Beats any tobacco store i’ve ever been to in Monroe. Sam knows everything about his products, and shows all his customers what amazing service is. He doesn’t brush you off or ignore your questions like a lot of other tobacco shops around here do. Also great prices and deals!
