This is the place you’ll want to go if you’re looking for premium rolling tobacco. They also have vapes & pipes, etc., but their selection of imported shag is superior. The clerk is low-key and has a good knowledge of the inventory. One especially helpful thing he did for me was to stock my favorite shag in the large tin. There are also several other convenient locations throughout the Boston area.

Current employee knows nothing about vaping or nicotine. He actively gave me wrong information about strengths and differences between strengths of nicotine. The old guy is why I kept coming back, but next door at BlueMoon has everything you will need. Do not waste your time with this vape shop.

Moody st smoked shop is the place to go.. He has fair prices and was very honest. There was a 12 dollar difference for same product at other smoke shop.

I’ve been going to this smoke shop for years now. At least once or twice a week. I was asked by a salesman there to write a review…and I’m glad I waited. The treatment I got last time I was there is really messed up. We all have our issues, whether it’s anxiety, and/or addiction, or other issues. The salesman that I usually interact with was there last time I went. He looked very sleepy (I didn’t want to bother him tbh) but I needed a 20$ vape. He usually charges me 21$ if I use a card. He charged me for the vape but the total came out to 22$. I was really confused, he didn’t explain right away at all, finally I remembered that I owed him a dollar from last time. I quickly apologized and paid. He then said *verbatim* to me “Every time you come in here, you’re crazy”. I was shocked to be honest. Was I anxious? Yes. I usually get worked up if I think someone is over charging me for seemingly no reason. But that’s no reason to call me “crazy”. And I apologized…. It was very mean spirited of him. We all go through so much as humans that I think it’s a really sad thing when people try to bring others down. Besides that, the prices may be slightly cheaper than other places—but you get what you pay for. I wish they had someone better working there…it’s generally a good place. Blue Moon smoke shop is two doors down from them and they have great deals there. Plus the people act professional there. Also, if this store responds in any sort of way, I do not accept apologies from people who are clearly problematic. I don’t want backlash from this either. I’ve been nothing but nice to him and everyone who works there. Please just train him better or maybe get him some help. He’s the guy mentioned in all the other posts about him. He seems to have a lot of unnecessary anger. I wish him all the best….but I won’t be returning to this store anytime soon.

Great customer service, they know the products and very comfortable/friendly environment. I would recommend over the bigger name shops & they also have everything! Love this place all around
