Always polite and ready to help. I see people in there sometimes shopping and arguing about things and to be honest they all seem like the kind of people you would avoid and probably not want at your business and I'm willing to bet they are the ones who leave the nasty opinions. (You know the pajama shoppers) but the shop is awesome. It's not a Walmart so no you can't buy a vape then go home and come back later claiming it doesn't work. Sorry. He will let you test it BEFORE you leave in front of him. The owner does his best with the American language but can tell there can be some struggles sometimes for all you Karen's who think he's ignoring you.
