Very nice place. An all around health food store. Everything you need from supplements, snacks, breath, drinks, cooler and freezer section, dry , canned groceries, even fresh produce and cheeses. Pet food. I was very pleased with the wonderful selection of gluten free options.

Stopped by.. nice little shop. Found a few items the bigger health food vitamin stores don't carry. Will stop by again. Has a really nice private quiet spot that's a bright and sunny area with plants to sit at tables to have a tea or coffee. I will definitely go back again.
