I'm a first time cat owner and I'm so glad I found this store. They offer high quality products at a very reasonable price. The store is clean and well organized, the selection is great, and the staff is fun and engaged. A special shout out to Jack for being genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect foods for my new friend. I will never go to a big chain box store again.

This place never disappoints. The staff is kind, they are knowledgeable, and they really know their products. I'm always impressed when I visit, usually because I'm in a rush or in desperate need when I've gone in there. They go out of their way to help, I'll shop there as long as that location exists.

I went to Mud Bay for the first time on 5-23-2024 located at 25649 104th Kent what a great experience. The employee Jamie G was fantastic! I originally went in to get turkey tendons for my kitties. A friend suggested it to help keep their teeth tarter-free. Ended up purchasing a great cat food called FUSSIE CAT FINE DINING the texture is called mousse, NULO FREESTYLE GRAIN FREE silky mousse style which my fur baby LOVES I was also excited to find a good raw diet called WILD COAST RAW FROZEN CAT FOOD it is farm-raised rabbit and pork. I prefer a raw diet for my cats but haven't found a truly good easy to use product so was excited to try this one. My fur kids loved all of Jamie's great suggestions and I was excited to find a new texture of canned cat food that my pinky girl LOVES !!!!! Thank you MUD BAY in Kent WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!

Great place with knowledgeable staff! My husband and I just got a kitty and they helped us pick out a good food for her. She ended up not liking it but that’s due to her being a picky pants. We came back and got another type of food and she loves it! It’s nice to know it isn’t full things she wouldn’t naturally eat.

Best pet store ever! Prices may be a little more than what some may be used to, but it's because your paying for quality products, which have to pass 20 criteria, and that mud Bay actually goes to facilities to check them out, in order for them to be sold at mud Bay. Also paying for the knowledgeable and kind help from the amazing people who work at the stores. Also paying for other perks not offered anywhere else (that I am aware of), like the free samples they give to you to help you find what works best for your pets. If the first samples don't work, you can come back and try some more.
