Customer interaction is reasonable, but I felt robbed for going on $70 for 3 small kratom tablets and a 8ml kratom shot and a bottle of water! Not coming back! Thanks for defending your retarded high prices and add $3.50 for the water. Highest prices in USA! Come on Chicago!

Fair prices and easy convenience, they open at 9 am when all others are closed. Great customer service too very friendly people. I actually got a really great deal for 45 dollars, a nice nail, 2 pearls and a ball capper. Quality is excellent I’ll be back to check out more glass

The owner of munchies smoke shop contacted me I guess his name is mike. He told me he was interested in a portal I was selling and insisted he would pay extra if I dropped it off at his shop 35 min away. After a few days I agreed. I had to do some shopping so decided to shop out towards him since he insisted he would pay me more if I dropped it off at his shop. I told him I was on my way and he said it was cool that he was going to be at his shop. Well, while I was on my way, 29 minutes into the drive he canceled on me and told me he found a better price else where. He said that this is business and this is how it works and that he did nothing wrong LOL Not only did this guy waste my time and gas money, this guy tries to justify what he did after telling me to head on over to his shop and tells me he would pay me more if I did. I had to drive back home another 29 minutes empty handed. I’m not surprised this idiot has a 3 star rating on his business page. Should be 1 star. Very shady and has no word. STAY AWAY.

The gentleman that works there was super helpful, helped me with an issue I was having. Awesome place. I definitely recommend. They got many variations of anything you’re looking for. Definitely a 5/5 place
