I looked all over the area and shopped several places before I finally found my store. These folks really care about your needs and help you find what you need. Unlike other vape stores which try and sell you a discontinued item then not keep the coils in stock. Not Nashville Vapor, they don’t operate like that. You guys rock!

I went to Nashville vape, looking for a particular vape juice that I use they didn’t have many on hand so I took what they had. They said they could order more if I just gave them a call before I came. I forgot to do so, but when I went by to pick up more the next visit, they had ordered it anyway. That really made me happy that they remembered that I like that particular kind a very nice place that really tries to remember it it’s customers and what they like I will be returning.

I love this place and the owner is awesome! He always keeps me up to date on the new items coming in. I like to shop with small local businesses. Nashville Vapor is one of them and this is my go-to spot!

I started going to the Rivergate (Madison) store during the very week they opened, I believe it was in 2014? I loved them! They always took care of me; they knew their industry and their customers. Then they shut down recently due to new ownership that bought the strip and raised the rent to the point that some stores had to shut down. Oh, I could go on, but I digress. I was concerned that I would have to buy a whole new kit that I'd never used before and get stuck with liquid I didn't like nearly as well at a place I wasn't familiar with. Long story shorter, I just began dealing with the great people at the Smyrna store. I've been helped by both Ariana and her mom, Janice. I've no doubt that everyone else who works there is topnotch as well. Oh, maaan. This family is phenomenal. It's so rare these days to find a storeowner/-owners who provide a small-town feel. They absolutely strive to please every customer, because that's just who they are! They're kind, more than accommodating, they're knowledgable, and they're good people running a good business. I live in the Springfield area, and I'll still stick with them! They're worth it !!!
