I must say this store blows a lot of the others out of the water! Very clean, organized, knowledgeable employees ! Prices higher but nicer by far

went in the other day to get a few things: a little flower, an edible, and some prerolls. the flower (while quite expensive) was delicious and smoked perfectly. the edible was fine (prepackaged, i knew what to expect) but the place where my inexperience lay was in the prerolls. obviously in an instance like this, you lean in on the recommendation of the bud tender, so I asked him about the selection. he pointed me to a brand (Sugar Smokes). luckily for me, so it seemed, was that they were on sale. the tender explained to me that this is the ONLY brand he smokes and he ASSURED me that they were rolled with flower and not shake, as i had explicitly explained that flavor was important to me. i make the purchase based on the recommendation, go home, and open the pack. upon looking at one of the sticks, it looked clear as day to be a shake joint. i spark one, and it tastes like lawn clippings. it's one thing to upsell a product that needs to get off the shelves, but the bold faced lies on this guy were absurd. either the guy had never consumed the product and just lied to me, or has zero taste buds... either way, not a good look. this place is one of the most expensive in the city, but you go for quality and knowledge. needless to say, the market for cannabis is so flooded, that unless i can get a full refund (which they assured me I could not as I had smoked one) than i will, positively, never go to another Nectar again... between this experience and hearing how they treat their employees? woof...

I go there often& I always get treated nice. There's one gentleman that is super nice& has excellent customer service skills. Not sure of his name, he was working on Wednesday August 14, at 2:30pm. He has a thin build, average height& red hair. He deserves a raise. I wish I could get service like that everywhere I go, it's unheard of these days 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am very disappointed to hear how you are treating your black Employees. All employees should be treated equal We are in 2024.You guys need to get with the time After losing my id I have not been in a while so I finally went in today on two cent day to find that they had changed it to where you had to buy something to get To get the 2 cent joint very disappointing this is a big mistake for the company I used to tell people to come here and now This without that being there.I don't think it will be telling people to go there anymore. Especially when I Rod my electric wheelchair down there It almost died on the way back, just trying to go and get a 2 cent joint.That wasn't even there no more very disappointed about it

Place has a lot of great reviews. First time in, looking for something that will help with sleep (edible). Attempted to look around, but was told by female staff that I needed to get in line to do that. Already 5 people standing in a line and I didn't see the point in holding up people with purchases so I could look and ask questions when it was my turn. On my lunch break, Not a great business model, will go somewhere else friendlier with new customers.
