In reference to the one star review i recently gave this store. They sold my girlfriend a malfunctioning vape. Then when I give the review the owner responded saying I had the wrong shop then blocked my account so that I couldn’t respond. Well BUDDY. LOL I’ve got the right store! Nice try tho. Either make this right or I will blow you up in social media like you have never seen!! Lol wrong store. Yaa

If I could give them a million stars I would! I dont live in town and commute to work and always stop here after work. I now dont go anywhere else since I found them! They carry quality items and are always fair on their prices! They will give you an awesome deal! They are super cool and chill and VERY knowledgable on their products! Absolutely love coming here after work!

Great management!
I issued, via a 3 star review, a fairly simple complaint about the efficacy of the customer service provided over the phone. Although it was written admittedly in haste and frustration, anyone with even a rudimentary understanding of the English language and 2 minutes of undistracted time to consider it would have understood the nature of my complaint and source of my discontent.
Instead of simply addressing the fundamental issue, which was the apparent inability of this individual to even sound like they were awake or friendly on the phone, they elected to quote policy and blame me.
To begin the call in question, it took staff about 15 seconds, literally, for him to respond to my first simple question as follows: "hi is this Calvin?"
After said delay had elapsed, the response commenced with an extended "uhhhhhhh......" and went downhill thereafter until its conclusion.
Management very promptly blamed me, quoted policy, and assured me that "he means well."
I really care little about anything other than being politely addressed by someone who sounds like they care to assist.
Had management cared to understand my complaint instead of rushing to quote policy and blame me, I would have been very pleased at their response and inmediately revised my review upward to the five star impression I got every time I was assisted by Calvin in the past.
Instead, management addressed this in a manner so as to assure me that my initial 3 star review was inordinately generous, and that this downward revision thereto was warranted. They were helpful in the sense that I need not waste any further time calling or purchasing anything further from this organization or any affiliated concerns.
Great job managers, you responded so quickly!
