2020: I had a very long hard year. PPD and panic attacks that would come on at anytime, and CBD really helped me. 100% natural, legitimate, safe and trustworthy. You get all the calming effects of Cannabis without the psychoactive effects of THC for those who aren’t a fan. No additives, no flavor, just shake it and give yourself a dropper full. It may not be a cure, but it sure is a tool. Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond. It’s worth every penny. I use the 725mg full spectrum - the most concentrated CBD. Nuleaf is honest, tried and true, and in my opinion the purest & safest choice. It’s liquid gold for the body and mind.

One of our dogs was suffering from joint pain so we tried this product. We were having great results and could see he was becoming more active again and in less discomfort. We reordered several times without issue. This past order was placed on December 23rd and still has not been shipped. I have emailed them 3 times now and tried to use their chat box they offer on their website. I have gotten zero replies back and am unable to cancel my order online. The product is good however the same cannot be said for the customer service. Now I am out money with no way to cancel the order and it seems as though I will not be getting the products I paid for anytime soon. My dog is slowly becoming less active again and I have to find an alternative. EDIT: I never heard back from customer service but did finally receive my order.

Horrible customer service. I've been a customer for years! Today I was finally able to speak with customer service and the fulfillment team refused to expedite shipping for an error they made when processing my order. I ordered 3 items, was charged for all 3, but only 2 were delivered. I explained that I was out of the one product and needed the resupply immediately as it's used as part of a cancer treatment regimen. I'm enrolled in their auto-ship program to ensure I don't run out. When I realized their error, I tried calling, emailing, chatting - every possible method to communicate the issue. They're not "available" on weekends, still haven't responded to my emails, but miraculously I was able to finally speak with a 3rd party (obviously not Nuleaf) service rep. Regardless of the error being theirs or the reason for urgency in needing the resupply, they said, aside from sending me the missing product, there was nothing more they could do. It could take up to 48 hours to ship, and it would be delivered via standard shipping (3-5 business days). So it'll be at least another week before I receive my product. HORRIBLE service from the fulfillment team.

The product was shipped with delay, however my core concern was a product I purchased and was not allowed to return included THC and Delta 9. This information is omitted on the website where the product description is provided and at check out.

Nuleaf has been our go-to for pet CBD for a while after we did a lot of research into other brands (cost, value, etc) and we love them. Our dog is not a huge fan of the flavor (unflavored) but for the cost, dose, and effectiveness it's definitely worth it! We just mix it in with stuff sometimes. Shipping is always consistent and I never have a hard time managing our subscription. Which us a great experience as a customer. Note: Our pup is about 85lbs and takes 1-2 doses of 6-8 drops a day depending on how sore he is.
