Good selection good people. More expensive than most.

Umm so I guess now a days we are supposed to tip 20 percent. We did not tip we spent less than 3 minutes and told her what we wanted. When we did not tip she said “seriously” and was extremely rude I’m sorry but we wanted to return it and just leave awful experience will not be back even tho we are local :((((

Unfortunately can’t recommended this place anymore. My husband is a bellman at a hotel close by and recommends this place to all the guests that ask about this type of place & won’t anymore. On 8/10/24 we walked in to buy the filter tips for rolling papers and let the lady talk us into buying a glass one, regular ones, a $20 lighter, butane to refill the lighter, and when we are standing there checking out I told my husband look they have this THC honey and the lady started talking about how amazing the packets are and she loves putting them in her tea and they had a cinnamon one that was so popular but it sold out so I was like sure let’s try one and once we got home a few hours later my husband was opening the packet and sees the expiration date is 12/2023. It is currently August 2024? I figured it was a mistake and no problem so we returned to ask for an exchange and the lady said it’s store policy they can’t refund anything that’s open. I understand if it was a packet of gummies or something I could have contaminated but the only thing that was open was the plastic that holds the sealed packets of honey. (See photos) we didn’t even want a refund we wanted an exchange for one that wasn’t expired…. Like any customer would? So my husband comes to the car and gets me and when I go in the lady has the receipt printed and is pointing to the discount she provided since the product was expired. She took $1.60 off of a $15.99 packet and acted like it was completely normal. I said you didn’t even tell us you were providing us a discount due to it being expired ? She didn’t say anything except “store policy” not even any apologies that she literally is lying to customers trying to get old rotten products off their shelves. (See pics) I was happy to spend money in there and pay with cash and we even tipped her LOL but never again. Hopefully this review will keep you away & safe from these scams! Will happily go to Happy Puffer right down the road at 6295 Gulf Blvd. because they are always honest.

The girl that worked in there today cut too much off my boyfriend’s cigar to the point where the cigar would go into his mouth when he smokes it. He asked to get a replacement and she said it could not be replaced nor could he be refunded. We ended up going to another cigar spot and they correctly cut it.

After spending over $200 in the course of a week on products at this store, I came back with a faulty battery. The charging port dislodged. The lady in charge would not replace for a working unit, and proceeded to tell me it’s my fault. (After having used it for a week). Faulty units are common, but poor customer service / retention, apparently more so. The staff is incredibly nice, in fact the gentleman who first sold me the battery is all aces, unfortunately the same can’t be said for management.
